Tachystola acroxantha is a moth of the Oecophoridae family. It is native to Australia, but is an invasive species in Europe. It was probably imported with Australian plants.

The wingspan is 13-15 mm. The moth flies from May to September depending on the location. [1]

The larvae feed on withered leaves and leaf-litter.
